Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees is comprised of thirteen professionals, including three emeritus Trustees, who conduct the business and manage the decisions of the American Respiratory Care Foundation. Trustees are appointed by the President of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) upon ratification of the AARC Board of Directors.
