Hector Leon Garza, MD, Achievement Award Recipient ChosenThe American Respiratory Care Foundation Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Sergio Zuffo, PT, of Firenze, Italy has been chosen as the 2007 recipient of the Hector Leon Garza, MD, Achievement Award for Excellence in International Respiratory Care. The award was presented to Mr. Zuffo during the Awards Ceremony at the 53rd International Respiratory Congress in Orlando, FL. The award was established in 2005 with a grant from the ARCF and Monaghan/Trudell to bring recognition to respiratory therapists, physicians and other healthcare providers who have had a profound impact on the development of International Respiratory Care. |
